Jessie Ware & Sampha - Valentine

So today started off as about as exciting as a Monday could get....That was until this greeted me in my inbox. I must say I was kind of ignorant to the fact who Jessie Ware was. Although I had heard her recent collab with SBTRKT ('Nervous') plenty of times. Now I finally had a name to the face.

'Valentine' is a twinkling electronic lullaby which perfectly suits Jessie and Sampha's soulful back and forth declarations.  An anti-Valentine's Day song at heart, it reaches beyond the generic, serving up the perfect antidote to the superfluously emotional, saccharin r'n'b love song.
