Hot off the back of his rather luminous single Volvic, (which which we're still hammering the shit out of), Elliot Williams aka Y. O. U returns with the title track from his forthcoming EP, 'Gloom'. Much like its namesake we see a darkened turn for the young producer as its shimmering rays of light are left far behind in place for a more sombre affair with cavorting percussion and magnetising synths. As rather haunting vocals do battle with its pulsating electronic hits and clicks the track finally rises above its submergent depths as Williams' vocals begin to shine through the rising optimism.
