With it being Monday, and Kid Wave entitling their latest single 'Gloom', you'd expect this to be a pretty foreboding post. Thankfully it's not to be the case as the London-based band elicit the slicked back vibes of summer evening's spent laid upon golden sands - their jangly, fuzzy guitars setting off sparks in Lea Emmery's glazed vocals. The band will be support TOY at The Garage, London on Thursday 30 October.
