Whilst it's so tempting to mass delete emails following an absence, TRASH (quite the fitting name considering where it would've ended up if I'd have done so) return with their latest single Workout, proving just why it's always worthwhile giving everything a spin. Having discovered the band after browsing SoundCloud a month or so back it's a nice surprise to already hear new material so soon. Filled with soaring vocals and lightening fast melodies the track's cutting styles and electrifying guitars show an unrivalled immediacy as its tempo shifts towards an absorbing finale.
