Music blogs. Their about the music right?
Scientists of Sound was set up around 2 years ago as mainly a pastime, but also partly to stop me banging on to friends about the next best band. I'm sure there's only so much "hey have you heard these" and "wow, you so have to check out these" that people can take.
Here you'll find all the music I love at the time of writing. I pride myself on my vast taste in music so hopefully you'll find something you enjoy listening to!
One thing I did notice when looking for music online was that there are a lot of websites that have fallen victim to 'text overload'. There is no personal problem with that and I admire and respect their words that they have curated over time but when I go on music blogs, I go mainly for the music and the last thing I want to do is scroll past a 4000 word write up for one new single (album reviews, that's fine).
That is why I try to keep my posts here relatively short and sweet. Allowing you to make up your own mind about the music.
So in fear of becoming another victim to 'text overload' I'll leave you to listen to the music I post.
