Nestled within the electronic music spectrum you'll often find many artists who appear from nowhere, have an incredibly successful debut, and then disappear back in to the woodwork never be heard of again. Since piquing my interest with How The Mighty back in December I've spent a lot of time wondering if we would indeed get to hear anything further and thankfully it looks like that time is now. Proving to be far from a one hit wonder, South Wales native Violet Skies returns with her best yet premiering her latest single Dragons. More upbeat than her previous effort once again we see a soulful drive of angelic vocals cascading over skippy electronic percussion. In an already saturated scene that's becoming ever more difficult to stand out within, Violet Skies needs no help in tipping the scales with this more than proving to be a case in point.
