East Of Ely's debut single Easy Friend is the perfect accompaniment to this glorious summertime weather we've been having lately in the UK. With shimmering synths layered in a vivacious manner backed with uplifting vocal chants it makes for an aboundingly fun track. Whilst they seem to be pretty new on the scene their musicianship as a band far from reflects this with their unique take on various influences coming together to create their own blend of highbrow indie pop. Another fantastic Australian export.
