Fickle Friends - Could Be Wrong

For one of the most mouth-watering blog acts around, 2015 has seen a quiet start for the Brighton based outfit. That all looks set to change though as Fickle Friends return on fine form with their glistening new single, Could Be Wrong. Looking to hotly follow up on 2014's head-spinning success, of which saw them completely annihilate the Hype Machine charts with each and every release, not to mention racking up thousands of Soundcloud plays to compliment their sold out headline gigs along the way, this latest effort picks up exactly where the five-piece left off. With plenty more dizzying melodies, all crashing on to its shoreline of scintillating pop perfection, Could Be Wrong oozes in their signature candescent charm as its skittering synths intertwine with funky basslines and Natassja Shiner's warming vocal talents.

“It's about ignoring your intuition." explains Shiner. "Hoping there's a possibility of being wrong about someone. But you just can't escape that little glimmer of doubt niggling in the back of your mind.”

Could Be Wrong is taken from the band's forthcoming debut EP entitled 'Velvet', due for release 25th May 2015 through Killing Moon Records.
