Wolf Alice - Bros (2015)

Almost a year to the very day since it was originally released, Wolf Alice return with a brand new version of what was quite possible the track that gravitated me towards them most. Quite similar in its intro,  it's clear to distinguish their hugely improved sound as the track readily unravels in to its heavy-punching guitars and jubilant percussion. "Bros is a sentimental tune to us" explains singer Ellie Roswell. "It's grown and changed with us over the past couple of years, taking on different shapes and forms until it evolved into being this definitive album version. It's an ode to childhood imagination and friendship and all the charm that comes with that. The live response to the song has been truly humbling". With Mike Crossey on production duties the band's sound is well and truly brought to life in the most wonderful of lights as their free-forming sounds look set to reach their biggest audiences yet. Check it out for yourselves below.
