Sounding more at place amongst the bright lights of LA than their native hometown of Yorkshire, Kat McHugh and Luke Lount return with their stunning new single Visions Of Fortune. Rumbling in to life with its glass rattling bassline, the pair's shimmering synth-work and frosty vocals add a unique touch to the track's sparse atmosphere. "The title "Visions Of Fortune" comes from when people look at someone in an insincere way and see how they can personally gain from them, regardless of the consequences to that person," explains the band. "The song is dark, deep and accepting of the nature in which people can perceive things at face value, but the song isn't defeatist and certainly fights back". Take a listen below for yourselves.
