I could never say we've not been treated well by California's Day Wave. Since emerging on to our radars with the sun-kissed 'Nothing At All' we've had a steady stream of singles and EP releases to keep us satisfied over the years. Finally to our delight it's all been in the lead up to his debut album 'The Days We Had' which today he's announced along with a brand new single, Something Here. Much in line with his previous work, the euphoric blend of sunshine pop and radiating melodies come to light in the most wonderful of ways. Filled with heady guitar notes and a killer hook it looks like Jackson Phillips is still on fine form with another pristine shimmering effort. Take a listen for yourselves below.
