Mac DeMarco has today shared his new single, On The Level, the latest track to be taken from his upcoming new LP, 'This Old Dog'. "This record has a lot to do with my family and my life right now and the way I’m feeling," he says. "One of the main goals for this record was trying to make sure I retained some kind of realness. That’s the bottom line". Centred almost entirely around its simplistic synth melody and basic drum beat, the track's laid back approach sees Mac take to his slower paced aesthetic once more, a style he captivates so well with.
