Following the recently announced new album, And Your Song is Like a Circle, due out Friday 17th October via her new label home Dirty Hit, Skullcrusher returned last week with the painstaking new single, March. An evocative piano soundscape, illuminated by shimmering electronics enveloped in subtle ambient layers, the track showcases the diverse talent on offer as we get a further taste of what's to come on this exciting new chapter. “March is like a confession,” shares Ballentine, “It felt like surrendering myself to the things I’ve lost, the things I don’t understand, the confrontation of life and responsibility. While I reflect on things, familiar situations take different forms. I make a friend cry as I play them my song, I make them cry because I said something hurtful.
