Rising newcomers Honey I’m Home have recently shared their exhilarating new single Alive. Blending scuzzy guitars and hazy atmospherics, the Dutch-based outfit build their grungy melodies and whimsy pop sensibilities in to the perfect catalyst for the track's cathartic finale. Vocalist Sofie Ooteman comments on the song: "'Alive is a song about living with chronic pain and being let down by the medical system. The feeling of screaming for help but only being pushed down deeper into the black hole of eternal suffering." This song is so personal that Sofie refuses to elaborate further: "have a f0okin listen and figure it out for yourself, fork 0ff and leave me alone!!11!!!1!!1" Without further to do, stream it below.
