Today sees London pop wunderkind Kamran Khan return with his dazzling new single Daddy, Just Like You, taken from his debut album ‘I Came From Nowhere & Nowhere Is Where I Am Going’, set for release September 25th via AWAL. Having already played a vital cog in the indie scene for many years working with The Japanese House, Let’s Eat Grandma, Flyte and more recently Murkage Dave, Khan’s solo work sees him looking inward, exploring a more introspective sound that is expertly crafted and fully realised here. “I realised that I was approaching this music from a place of profound conviction,” he says. “With this album, I felt I could draw a line — and put my own name to it for the first time.” Take a listen below.
