London outfit Mouth Ulcers have recently returned last week with their engaging new single Space. Drawing from the darker edges of post-punk, the band carve out a distinctive sound built on driving rhythms, atmospheric percussion, and shimmering guitar lines. Speaking ahead of the release of ‘Space’, Mouth Ulcers shared: “‘Space’ explores how nostalgia can feel like both a physical presence and a permanent loss. Something that’s a common theme across the whole EP, seeing how the past is a part of you but you have to leave it behind to survive.” The band's debut EP ‘Silent Pictures’ is set for release July 10th via LAB Records. Take a listen to their latest single below.
