Henry Green - Barcelona

Long time readers will know all too well, sultry RnB-tinged pop is far from a neglected genre on here. Being such a a fruitful corner of the music spectrum standing out from the crowd is becoming harder than ever before though, and with artist's continually upping their game, the possibilities really are endless. Cue Henry Green. Looking set to re-imagine this often shrouded sound, his latest effort Barcelona comes dripping in experimental charm as he carves his way through an expansive backdrop of swelling guitars, clicks, claps and scintillating synth-work. Having already been invited to support London Grammar, not to mention Kygo's remix of his MGMT cover reaching over 5 millions plays (the original not far off a million itself), Bristol's Henry Green look set to ramp things up here in a big way building on his current successes.

Take a listen to 'Barcelona’ above, the first single to be taken from his debut EP, set to be released June 1st through Akira Records.
