I know I say this time and time again but the amount of Welsh music I post here really is shameful (especially so when I live and reside in the very same country). Looking to readily change that though is Cardiff duo Face + Heel. Their latest single Chipped Tooth is a brooding slow burner. As sporadic, long drawn out synths carve their way through glitchy drums courtesy of Luke Taylor, Sinead McMillan's soulful vocals wrap their way around the synthesised percussion in a wholeheartedly comprehensive manner.

Chipped Tooth will be released on a brand new EP of the same name on September 30th. Written and recorded over the last year whilst the duo toured and played live alongside much acclaimed artists such as Blondes, AlunaGeorge, Orbital & oOoOO I'm sure will be something to have a promising and profound effect on the final recordings.
