Kimberly Anne | Hard As Hello

If there was ever to be a definitive song to say 'chilled out Summer' then Kimberly Anne has just written it. Hard As Hello is the title track from her forthcoming EP and is about as warm and lovely as a Sunday dinner round at your nans. With sickly sweet vocals gracing bustling percussion and softly strummed guitars comes a gorgeous harmonising treat. It's often so easy to forget the pain people go through beneath their smiles as hidden beneath the joyful tones there's a much deeper meaning which makes you realise, not everything is as it seems, as documented so well by Kimberly Anne as she describes the song as a "personal battle of self-worth". Have a listen above.

You can Pre-Order the EP from iTuens here, due for release March 24th 2014 via Polydor Records.
