Wyldest | Cruel Dusk

Since catching Wyldest at the ever wonderful Green Man festival last year, I've been itching to get my hands on new music from the North London trio. After what's felt like a lifetime, the three-piece have finally unveiled their wondrous new single Cruel Dusk - something that's been well worth the wait. Indulgent from its opening notes as the swoonful twang of guitars entice you inwards, as far as debut's go this is almost certainly up there with the best of them. Slowly unravelling it doesn't take long for its glistening dream-pop essence to fully surround you with all of its warming joy, Zoe Mead's swirling vocals intertwining with the band's diamond cut melodies to gorgeous effect. Check it out above for yourselves.
