No matter how hard you try and stay ahead of the pack, keeping up with new music is nigh on impossible - case in point being Brisbane duo YesYou. Embedded in their lustrous sounds is a whole back-catalogue of hits I'm still yet to check out, but better late than never as they say as I finally jump on board with their latest release Through Your Eyes. Perfectly poised to ease you in to the week, the pair's soft vocal talents conjoin seamlessly with the track's floaty synths and shimmering soothing melodies. "The instrumental was really brought alive by Andrew & Dylan (La Mar)" explains members Gav and Jono on its release: Dylan's vocal and that subtle synth line added a new layer to the track. It came together within a week or so and from the demo we really didn't change it too much". Take a listen below for yourselves, taken from their forthcoming debut.
