Chartreuse - Three Days

Chartreuse - Three Days

Rarely has there been a debut single so pure. One filled with so much soulful warmth. Effortlessly brooding, Black Country based outfit Chartreuse create that kind of lavish, poetry enriched music much akin to Jamie Lee's Money. Three Days, their first track to be taken from their upcoming debut EP is a lovable affair, beautifully composed as its luxurious layers unfold. The band share a love for songs and records by Radiohead, Bon Iver, Ben Howard and Sharon Van Etten, and it's clear to see these influences take hold as we get lost amongst its baritone vocals and climatic instrumental crescendo. Take a listen for yourselves below. Further details on the debut EP will be announced imminently.

Chartreuse are: Harriet Wilson (vocals/piano), Michael Wagstaff (vocals/guitar/piano), Perry Lovering (bass), and Rory Wagstaff (drums).

Chartreuse Live:
30th October – EartH, London (w/ Puma Blue)
