Ben Howard has returned today with news of his fifth studio album, ‘Is It?’, set for release on the 16^th June 2023 through Island Records. Heading up the announcement is the brand new single Couldn’t Make It Up, a glistening hazy synth heavy track that floats in to it's grooving melodies. ‘Couldn’t Make It Up’ is the first track of his ten-track record, exploring music after Ben experienced two mini strokes (TIAs). “I found it impossible not to dwell on the absurdity of it, that with one tiny clot, one can lose all faculties. It really ate into the writing of the record.” explains Ben. The new single and album announcement comes accompanied by a new date at London’s Royal Albert Hall on 1st June.
