Ahead of it's release this Friday, August 8th, Manchester quartet Westside Cowboy release the final teaser from their forthcoming debut EP, ‘This Better Be Something Great’. Established on the live circuit, Drunk Surfer delivers the high-energy performance we've come to expect, bursting out of the gate with ferocious snarls, punctuated guitars, and explosive percussion. On the track, vocalist Reuben Haycocks explained: “‘Drunk Surfer’ in all honesty was about a time that I have since forgotten. This is not something that I regret however, as the song is now free to take on new meanings depending on the context of my life. I hope it can work like this for others also.” Take a listen for yourselves below with the track's official video.
Westside Cowboy is Reuben Haycocks (guitar, vocals), James (Jimmy)
Bradbury (guitar, vocals), Aoife Anson O’Connell (bass guitar, vocals),
Paddy Murphy (drums).
